jakarta, according to a recent survey, titled "stress in america, people aged 18-29 years old reported having an average stress levels higher than older generations. even the generation known as the millennial generation is also said to not have the confidence of the older generation, especially in coping with the stress of hers.however the survey held by the american psychological association and engage 2020 adults aged 18 years and above also found that adults with the youngest age in the survey is the most widely experienced anxiety.in detail, the millennial generation (aged between 18-34 years) average level of stress from 5.4 1-10 scale (1 indicating ' little or no feel stress at all ' and 10 shows a very high ' stress '), while nationally, the average scale of stresnya is only 4.9.in addition, the millennial generation claimed to be 39 percent level they stress also increased in a year later, when an increase in perceived stress just 36 percent of generation x (30-45 years), 33 per cent of baby boomers (42-60 years) and 29 percent a generation was 67 years old upwards.as quoted from the ny daily news, saturday (9/2/2013), the source of the greatest stress on the generation of millennia is the stress at work, money and stability affairs job.the severity of the millennial generation, also reported more distress with his condition because almost half the participants felt was not so sure able to manage anxiety that had befallen him.even more than half claimed to be participants in either case it makes it awake at night at least once a month, whereas generation x who experienced it are just as much as 48 percent, 37 percent and baby boomers generation aged 60 years and over 25 percent.but the same is the case with the older generation, most of the millennia generation agreed on the importance of discussing the symptoms of stress that affect them with a doctor. but only 23 percent of the millennia generation who are convinced that the existing health system provides enormous support on their condition.the unique thing is just 17 percent who gave the participants a very high value on their doctors helped create the stress they experienced.(vit/vit )
